Tshepiso murder investigated

The deceased, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, was identified by a witness.

SHARPEVILLE.- The Sharpeville police are investigating a case of murder after a body was found in Tshepiso on Saturday.

Police spokesperson, Constable Busisiwe Sango, said that the police were summoned to a murder scene at Tshepiso phase 1.

Upon arrival, they found the body of a man lying on the ground.

The deceased, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, was identified by a witness.

The suspects are unknown at this stage. Sharpeville Police are appealing to members of the community to come forward with any information regarding this matter by calling 071 675 7266, 08600 10111,112, or via the MySAPS app, which can be downloaded on any smartphone.
