SASOLBURG.- Boitumelo Pitso, otherwise known as ‘Skylar Star,’ walked away with Best Female Artist Award.

This was during the Timeline Radio Hip Hop Awards that took place in Orange Farm recently. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Pitso said hard work finally paid off. She said her hard work and long hours in the studio finally paid off in a big way.

Not long ago, Pitso featured in Sedibeng Ster, sharing her music journey, and it seems that her dreams of conquering the music industry are coming true sooner than expected. She told Sedibeng Ster that her biggest dream is to perform on the biggest stage in the world.

She is a young female Hip Hop Artist with a bright future, and she has made a name for herself performing in front of big crowds.

When asked how she feels about being named the Best Female Artist, she was quick to say, “God is great”.

She told Sedibeng Ster that she would not have achieved this without God’s grace. Pitso said, from the bottom of her heart, she would like to thank those who took the time to vote for her. She believes that her fan base is growing quickly, especially on social media, where she is active and promoting her music.

“This is what I have been waiting for, being rewarded for my talent. This means a lot to me, and this award serves as motivation to receive more accolades in the music industry. I have no doubt this award is going to open doors for me,” she concluded.
