Dlamini is a young woman with big dreams in the entertainment industry

“This initiative comes from the heart behind the initiative, and what we aim to achieve within the community."

VANDERBIJLPARK.- Sedibeng Ster has taken an interest in the life and journey of ambitious entertainment industry rising star Gift Dlamini, who, in an exclusive interview, shares how she built her own brand, Gifted Image.

She told Sedibeng Ster that this initiative was inspired by her own life journey and years of working closely with people in creative spaces, especially young individuals who carry talent, potential, and dreams but often lack confidence, exposure, mentorship, and platforms that truly see them.

Dlamini said she founded Gifted Image after she realised that many initiatives focus only on appearance or talent, while neglecting personal growth, emotional wellness, and community responsibility. She told Sedibeng Ster that the vision behind Gifted Image is to build a platform that develops the person, not just the performer or model.

It is a journey-based initiative that uses fashion, modeling, performance, art, and wellness as tools for empowerment. She revealed to Sedibeng Ster that participants are exposed to structured projects, charity work, creative collaborations, wellness hikes, and public engagement that challenge them to grow in confidence, discipline, self-awareness, and purpose.

“This initiative comes from the heart behind the initiative, and what we aim to achieve within the community. Gifted Image aims to create positive role models and a safe space for self-expression. We focus on restoring self-worth, encouraging healthy identity, and showing young people that their background does not limit their potential.

Through outreach initiatives, charity projects, and community collaborations, participants learn the importance of giving back and using their voices and talent to uplift others,” she told Sedibeng Ster.

Dlamini took Sedibeng Ster through some of the projects Gifted Image embarks on, including creating opportunities for exposure, collaboration, and growth while promoting values of integrity, respect, and responsibility.

Dlamini said this initiative exists to remind people that they are gifted beyond what the eye can see. She said it is about identity, purpose, impact, and raising individuals who not only represent beauty and talent but also stand as ambassadors of positive change in their community.

Meanwhile, the Face of Gifted Image 2026 Grand Finale will be held in February. Dlamini said they are calling on creatives across the arts space, including models, dancers, designers, performers, and visual artists, to get involved.

Anyone interested in participating, collaborating, or attending upcoming casting can contact Gifted Image on 084 613 0348 for further details.
