“This investment in our region represents a significant move towards economic growth, job creation, and long-term community development.”
According to Teixeira, the plant will also stimulate local businesses by sourcing materials and services from nearby suppliers, including both commercial and emerging farmers, thereby boosting economic activity in the area.
“This investment is a powerful catalyst to move Midvaal, which has a strong agricultural base, towards industrialisation. The investment is also a vote of confidence in our region, highlighting that we are open for business, supportive of innovation, and committed to inclusive economic growth.”
