EVATON.- Gauteng MEC for Social Development, Nomantu Nkomo Ralehoko conducted an oversight visit to the Bokamoso Skills & Economic Development Centre in Evaton, Small Farms, last Wednesday.

The department said that the visit aimed at assessing the organisation’s compliance with the department’s requirements and monitoring the implementation of programmes supported through government funding.

Through these oversight visits we strengthens accountability, promotes good governance and ensures that public funds are utilised responsibly.

“The oversight will also provide an opportunity to assess whether funded services are being delivered effectively and in line with the agreed objectives, while identifying any challenges that may affect service delivery.”
