Sekhukhune United hosts Amazulu in Vaal

An exciting game between the two is expected.

VANDERBIJLPARK.-  Sekhukhune United will welcome Amazulu in a DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) match this weekend.

This DDC fixture is scheduled for Sunday at the Isak Steyl Stadium, which is United’s home ground.

Kick-off time is at 12:00.

Stuck in 11th position

Sekhukhune United has been stuck in 11th position for some time now.

They have been occupying this spot for too long now, with Amazulu occupying 12 spots on the log. Both teams are tied with 30 points from the same number of games, 25, they have played so far.

It is going to be an exciting fixture. It is a must-win for Sekhunune United, considering they will be playing at home.

They will use this advantage even though they have proved that they can be beaten on their own turf.

Local soccer fans expected in numbers

On the other hand, Amazulu will be happy to walk away with a point, considering the fact that they will be playing away from home. A win will be a bonus for them, to say the least. Local soccer fans are expected to attend this encounter in numbers, especially NWU Vaal and Vaal University of Technology (VUT) students.

They always come in numbers whenever there is a DDC match at this venue.
