Sedibeng Pageant and Helplift Network donate shoes to the needy
Helplift Network in collaboration with the Sedibeng Pageant recently held a shoe drive during which shoes were collected and donated to the needy.
MEYERTON. – – Helplift Network in a statement extended a word of gratitude to Gys Ströh and the Helplift Friends from CBMC fellowship, who assisted with the transportation of the huge contribution of shoes.
The Sedibeng Pageant was established in 2022 with the vision of bringing communities together.

Now it is back for its second year and it’s already making a difference in the community.
Over the weekend, the finalists participated in an annual photoshoot at Rivierplaas in Meyerton, where they contributed preloved shoes as part of the competition.
The pageant was able to collect an impressive 7 000 pairs of shoes, which were donated to Helplift Network Vaal Triangle, Laerskool Voorwaarts, and Laerskool Republiek.

Thanks to the support of 30 sponsors, the winners of the pageant will receive prizes to the value of over R300 000 and the coveted title.
The Sedibeng Pageant provides a platform for people of all backgrounds and communities to come together and make a positive impact.

Helplift Networks Charity Stores are strategically positioned in communities to enable fast and effective distribution of goods. Our charity stores make it possible for the less privileged to get excess to goods that they normally cannot afford.
Helplift Network Vaal Triangle has a voucher system whereby churches and organisations together with Helplift Network help the less privileged with clothing, household items and furniture when in need.
