Sea Park Serial Rapist: Clear the bushes around your house says private investigator
The rapist set-up a camp site inside the bush, opposite a woman's main gate.
Private investigator Brad Nathanson has urged residents living in the Sea Park area to clear and cut any bush around their homes.
Nathanson has been appointed to investigate the ‘Sea Park Serial Rapist’ case.
“What is clear that the rapist in both the cases stalked his victims for a while before he carried out the crime,” he said.

Nathanson said the man in the police identikit ‘camped’ outside a woman’s home for a number of days before he committed the rape.
In this particular case, he made a camping site inside the bush, opposite the woman’s main gate.
“Immediately across a single lane road from the last victim the suspect fashioned this cave out of bush. From this position he looked directly into the home of the victim. From that which we found in the cave I deduce that he spent days there but not nights,” said Nathanson.
“In the garden of the first victim we discovered a place where I also believe that the suspect spent his days watching the victim. On February 8 the suspect was likely in his cave when the victim arrived home.”

“He would have walked in behind her as the driveway gate was closing. The victim walked into her home with her arms full and did not close her door. When she turned to do this, the suspect was already inside her home and was standing behind her,” said Nathanson.
Nathanson urged residents to be alert at all times.
