Be pretty in pink

WEAR pink and party to raise funds for breast cancer research at a ladies’ night at the 19th Hole, Banners Rest, on Saturday, October 29, from 4pm until late.

The evening starts with snacks and a face painting session from 5pm. This will be followed by a range of talks, demonstrations and stalls offering advice and specials on beauty therapy, custom-designed jewellery, nutrition, motivation and make-up.

Cocktail party food will be served at 7pm.

Karaoke and a disco start at 9pm and continue until midnight. Tickets are R150 plus a donation of sanitary towels for less privileged young women. The organisers will donate 20 percent of the proceeds to the Breast Cancer Foundation. Contact 082 455 4225.
