Diarise the next Move for Hooves ramble

*Come lets move for hooves* Lou Schoeman of South Coast Striders invites everyone to the Lower South Coast SPCA's Move for Hooves on October 1. It will take the form of a fun run/walk, with proceeds going towards the Hearts for Hooves sanctuary and the Leisure Bay community’s clean-up initiative, #lookingafterLeisureBay. FOLLOWING the success of the ‘Move for Hooves’ ramble on October 1, community group ‘Looking After Leisure Bay’ and the Munster/Glenmore community are hosting another walk/run at the Munster Sports Ground on Sunday, November 5.

Registration is at 7am.

This special fund-raiser is for the SPCA, which is desperately needing funds for the care of the horses and donkeys. The entrance fee is R20 for yourself and a bag of dog or cat food if you want to walk with your dog.

All proceeds from registration go to the SPCA.

There will be breakfast rolls, boerie rolls and coffee and muffins for sale at the start and finish of the walk.

This event is supported and endorsed by the South Coast Striders Athletics Club, musician Winston Smile and the Glenmore Munster Ratepayers’ Association.
