Hibiscus Choir plans festive programme

Choral project; Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat and Hibiscus Choir members, including (from left) Martie Dixon, Joan Berkland and Biddy Osborne, are already rehearsing for the choir's annual Christmas concerts.

CHRISTMAS is just around the corner, so start planning your seasonal festivities right now.

You could begin by accepting the invitation issued by members of the Hibiscus Choir to share their Christmas concerts.

These take place at Margate Retirement Village Bowling Club on Tuesday, December 6 and the Ramsgate Lions’ Community Centre on Friday, December 9, both starting at 6pm for 6.30pm.|

Tickets at R30pp will be on sale at the door. There will be a cash bar at both venues and hot dogs for sale at the Lions’ hall. Proceeds from these concerts will contribute to supporting the music department of an underprivileged school.
