Mixed bag at the Rock Music Bistro

Happy returns: Back by popular demand on The Rock Music Bistro stage this Sunday, is the mega-talented Cindy Alter, formerly of the hit all-girl band ‘Clout’.

THERE are all sorts of exciting happenings at The Rock Music Bistro, starting with a performance by brothers, Rikki and Tyron Hansel from Johannesburg on Saturday evening, July 4 from 6.30pm.

The singers harmonise beautifully and their voices are stunning. They sing songs by Simon and Garfunkel, Neil Young, Bob Marley, Leonard Cohen, Nirvana and much more.

Sunday, July 5, is a big day for The Rock as former ‘Clout’ member Cindy Alter, is making a popular return. She was a great hit at The Rock a few months ago and she is assured of a warm welcome. Cindy has recently written her autobiography and will launch it and a new CD on Sunday.

Another exciting development is that the legendary David Marks is returning to host the Sunday afternoon ‘pull in, plug in and play’ sessions. Rock regulars welcome him back.
