Seb Goldswain comes to Ramsgate

Magical guitar player, Seb Goldswain prepares for his mini KZN tour at the end of the month where he will be performing at select venues including Rocky Ridge, Ramsgate on October 1 at 1pm.

AFTER a relatively quiet year and a walk down the aisle a few months ago, talented guitar player and singer Seb Goldswain kicked off his KwaZulu-Natal tour this week with a well-applauded performance in Durban.

His local fans will be pleased to know that his much-anticipated tour will include a gig at Rocky Ridge, Ramsgate, on October 1 at 1pm.

Seb’s jazzy rock sound, blended with a bit of acoustic finger-picking, ensures that his original solo acoustic performances are always highly energetic. A Durban-based musician, he is also proficient in bluegrass, blues, funk, heavy rock, country and jazz styles. He encompasses all these styles, as well as a wide range of artistic influences, into his original electric material.

His tour, proudly sponsored by Marshall Music Hillcrest, kicked off with a free guitar clinic at COPA in Durban and a performance at the Alliance Française in Morningside this week.

He heads for Pietermaritzburg where he will be on stage at The Dive, at the Hexagon Theatre tomorrow (Friday). He returns to Durban to entertain fans at the Westville Theatre Club on Saturday, September 30, before his final gig at Rocky Ridge, the vibey music venue in Ramsgate. Tickets are R30.
