Tweni CPF holds AGM
THE Umtentweni Community Policing Forum (CPF) will hold its annual general meeting at Zizi’s Hotel and Conference Centre on Rethman Drive on February 23 at 5.15pm.
Everyone is invited to join this forum to offer input and important suggestions on how to make Tweni a crime free district. A new chairman will be elected due to the untimely death of Roy Antrobus.
Tweni residents are urged to attend this AGM and to nominate/elect a committee to take this forum to new heights of expertise. Current office bearers are, chairman and vice chairman, Derrick Morris (acting), secretary Dianne Propok and treasurer Liz Morris.
Items on the agenda will include a report back on the conservancy as well as a report back from the ratepayers’ forum. This will include reports regarding Crime Watch, SAPS and security company feedback. However these items will not be up for discussion as time allocated to the AGM elections will be paramount.
