Yvette to deliver talk

WILDLIFE enthusiasts are sure to find the hour-long talk by Yvette Ehlers Smith at Selborne Golf Estate most interesting.

A PhD student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, she will be talking on ‘Wildlife of the Southern Indian Ocean Coastal Forest Belt’ at the clubhouse on Tuesday, December 15.

She has compiled a collection of rare images she has taken using infrared motion-censored cameras and hopes to use these to promote conservation and to improve public understanding of the many endangered creatures that live in our forests.

There is no entry fee for the talk although donations towards Yvette’ s research would be welcome.
