Local art goes on sale

Work featured at Art by the Sea shows is of a high standard.

Having a cuppa and muffins, while admiring the art on display, are Shelley Wetherill and Darryl King.

A WIDE range of interesting artworks by local artists was on view – and on sale – at an exhibition organised by Art by the Sea.The art group’s exhibition and sale of work took place at Spiller’s Wharf last Saturday.

Local artist Kay Federl (left) generously donated this painting to South Coast Hospice. Accepting it on the organisation's behalf is 'BT' King.

The art was on view in an exhibition area within the building. A percentage of the proceeds will go to South Coast Hospice.
