Swimmers then headed for lunch and some more discussions on swimming matters. The afternoon was filled with rock wall climbing and electro ban challenges as well as the low ropes course.
The day ended with a game of stalk the lantern and a bonfire.
Sunday rounded off the camp with the last of the swimming activities of goal setting and a butterfly video analysis, plus zip lining, with another round of the low ropes course.
