‘The efficient service was exemplary’

The Port Shepstone Licensing Department can learn from this.

DEAR Editor,-

My friends and I were dreading going to the Port Shepstone Licensing Department to renew our driver’s licences on February 12th. Since there have been so many negative reports about the attitude and service of the staff, we decided to go to Umzinto and were greeted by very pleasant, helpful, efficient staff. They even made sure we had a seat and something to drink, because it was a hot day.

We would like to thank Bhekithemba Cele, Phindile Shozi and Roy Singh who attended to us. It took 35 minutes for the entire the process and we were on our way!

The Port Shepstone Licensing Department can learn from this experience and make a concerted effort to do their jobs properly. Bouquets to the Umzinto Licensing Department – keep up the good work.

VERY GRATEFUL
