Cricket boys make Izotsha Primary proud

Gr 6 and 7 pupils from all local schools are invited to attend the High School Fair.

IZOTSHA Primary’s foundation phase teams were very busy with mini-cricket matches against Creston College last week. Teachers and coaches were very proud of the boys’ achievements and good sportsmanship that was displayed at the mini-cricket tournament hosted at Suid-Natal Primary last Saturday.

The school is extremely impressed and pleased with Thomas Schnackenberg for being selected to attend the KZN Coastals’ U13 hockey high-performance programme.

A number of boys who play country club cricket took part in the Glenwood Cricket Festival last weekend and Chase Britz was awarded the overall best batsman. Several boys took part in the SKZN Nipper champs and achieved good results.

A ‘High School Fair’ will be held in the sports hall today (26th) where various local high schools, as well as schools from Durban and Pietermaritzburg, will display their wares. All gr 6 and 7 pupils and parents from all South Coast schools are urged to attend this informative event. The intermediate and senior phase gala takes place tomorrow (27th).
