Creston Junior Primary pupils (from left) Siphokazi Nolutshungu, Fynn Macleod, Rosaria Pena Soutuyo, Hannah Lockhat and Nandi Dlamini overcame their fear and got to interact with Terence Whittle from Pure Venom and the Burmese python.
CRESTON Junior Primary pupils had a very exciting and interactive visit from Pure Venom last week. The different snakes and very effective presentation by Terence Whittle was of huge interest and great entertainment to the pupils, especially when the python was introduced to the proceedings.

Junior Primary pupils have also been playing some action-packed Bakers’ cricket, with several good results at the recent Izotsha Primary tournament. Both A and B sides won both their matches.
The school is very pleased with the swimming performances at the recent Level 1 gala held in Durban and congratulations go to Kayla Heydricks (4 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals), Emma Kuhn (broke 4 records, one by 15 seconds and won 1 gold and 2 silver), and Mbali Burnett, who finished in the age-group top 10 and received a medal for relay.
