Fourteenth fantastic year for Port Shepstone Islamic

A special awards function will be held on Friday to honour the outstanding matric class of 2015.

PORT Shepstone Islamic School’s board of governors, director, principal and staff congratulate the matric class of 2015 for maintaining the school’s record of a 100 percent pass rate for the 14th consecutive year.

Special congratulations go to Swaleha Perween Abdul Lateef Khan for obtaining seven distinctions and an 85.9 percent aggregate.

Hameeda Cele obtained an 81.6 percent aggregate with four subject distinctions and has been accepted to study medicine at UKZN.

Tauheeda Abbubakur received the AMS (Association of Muslim School) award for achieving third position in business studies with 98 percent.
