A BREAKTHROUGH has been made in the case concerning an inyanga (or traditional healer) and a boy (3) who went missing from Louisiana last month.
The search for Sphumelelo Ncama (3) is still on, but the inyanga has been arrested and appeared in court this week.

Police and family members have been looking for the boy since he went missing on May 26.
At the time, police established that Sphumelelo was taken by the inyanga, who is from the Eastern Cape.
Last Friday police made the inyanga, who is aged 22, in Mpisi in the Eastern Cape.
He was arrested by officers from the Port Shepstone Tactical Response Team (TRT) and Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS).
The man faces a charge of kidnapping.
Yesterday (Monday) he appeared in court in Port Shepstone and was denied bail. The case was postponed for further investigation.
Sphumelelo was wearing lime green checked shorts, a lime green T-shirt, a brown and red striped jacket, and blue shoes.
