Port Shepstone Junior Primary explores careers

Pupils had to speak about what their career would entail and why they chose that particular profession.

DOCTORS, artists, nurses and ballerinas were seen prancing and strutting around the PSJP grade reception premises last week all in the name of ‘What I want to be when I grow up’. While being assessed, pupils had to speak about what their career would entail and why they chose that profession.

The school hosted three hockey tournaments for grades 1 to 3 boys last week, while grades 1 to 3 girls played netball at a tournament hosted by Southcity. Teams brought pride to the school with numerous victories and superb sportsmanship.

A Cooperative Learning Workshop was held in the school hall last Monday and Tuesday and teachers who attended found the workshops extremely beneficial and began implementing ideas in the classrooms the very next day.
