Merlewood Primary’s teachers are looking forward to a well deserved break as 2017 draws to a close. The school rewarded achievements of top pupils at the annual awards ceremony last Friday. Congratulations to all awardees, especially Dux Aphiwe Nyathi and ‘Ambassador’ Nonjabulo Nkasa.

A lavish function was held at Kapenta Bay Hotel for gr 7 and 8 pupils. Sadly the school bids farewell to a few long-standing staff members and wish them well in their future endeavours.
Appreciation is extended to all parents who attended the school’s AGM last Saturday.
