Southcity senior primary held its exciting and competitive gala last Friday. The proceedings started at 9.30am with the sun shining brightly.
Great spirit, with war cry songs, banners and some interesting outfits, was the order of the day.

All three houses tussled for the top spot in a fiercely contested competition and never gave up until the very end. Levi house won the spirit cup and took the final honours for 2018.
A total of 16 records were broken last Friday and the school congratulates individual age group prize winners: Junior victrix ludorum Drue Dudley (U10), Aiden Schmahl (U10 boys), Chloe van der Wal (U11 girls), junior victor ludorum Tristan Horsley (U11 boys), Khrysten le Roux – two records (U12 girls), senior victor ludorum – Bayanda Hufner – four records (U12 boys), senior victrix ludorum Scarlet Scorer – five records (U13 girls) and Chaz Young (U13 boys).
