Margate Primary recently embarked on a great recycling journey. Coca Cola provided the school with large bags for recyclable items, which all pupils have been encouraged to utilise.

Points are gained for the amount collected each week. Items like skeletons are being created by various classes – using only recyclable material. The imagination and innovation of pupils has been absolutely amazing.
Cricket against Southcity went really well and cricketers put their newly acquired skills to good use. Special mention must be made of Siyathaba Gumede (U11), who bowled extremely well, achieving four wickets for only eight runs.
