Foundation phase pupils were recently entertained with an awesome puppet show themed ‘Save our Planet’ by Heather Tomlinson. Through this interesting, entertaining and interactive show, pupils were made aware of the negative effects of global warming and the impact that pollution is having on our precious planet.

They also learnt about animals from the polar regions that were affected by climate change, and those that were endangered and on the brink of extinction.
Pupils and teachers thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully created puppets and spectacular props.
Grade 7 female pupils had the opportunity of listening to an informative talk by officials from the Department of Health and Child Welfare on general health and hygiene.
This interactive presentation gave the girls an opportunity of asking questions pertaining to mental health and personal development.
