Margate Primary’s ‘Panarotti award of the month’ was won by gr 3G. Well done! There is now a race on to see which class will win next month. Banele Cele received a certificate and vouchers from Panarotti for his honesty after handing in a large sum of money.
Gr 5 classes were recently tasked with creating human and fish skeletons and some outstanding work was presented.
Gr R has started a cooking programme and made some delicious coconut macaroons, which were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

On the sporting front, both the U12 and U13 teams attended a netball tournament at Suid-Natal Primary. Teams played well and won one game, drew one and lost one. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the tournament and even had enough energy left to sing ‘Thank you Mr Bus Driver’ on the way home.
