RA Engar Primary enjoyed a successful sports day with great weather, adrenaline-pumped athletes and enthusiastic parents and supporters, which all created an exciting atmosphere.

Many fun novelty items were added to the list of events, such as fill-in-the-bucket, egg and spoon, waiter’s race, sack race and medicine ball. Relays proved to be the most exhilarating, with a few tumbles and close shaves.
Protea House was clearly the strongest, taking the lead right from the beginning. Tulip came in second, followed closely by Lotus and Rose houses in third and fourth places respectively.
Not to be outdone, eager parents ended the day with an exciting mother’s and father’s race, much to the delight of the pupils.
