Parents are urged to make reliable transport arrangements for their children to be collected by 2.30pm. Many children are left to their own devices on Andreasen Street after school, posing a serious threat to their safety and well-being.

Grades R and 1 registration for 2019 has opened from this week until May 18 from 8.30am to 12noon.

The SGB has changed the admission procedure after numerous complaints about long queues and hopefully the new system will prevent parents queuing overnight to secure admission.

Every parent has to complete an application form. A selection panel will screen all applications and successful applicants will be notified between June 18 and 20.
