Creston angler Gregory heads for deep water

He has been selected to represent KZN for the Deep Sea Angling Junior Nationals.

Standard Bank has opened a service centre at the Southcoast Mall and the school’s Marimba bands were invited to play at the formal opening ceremony on Monday this week. They performed in front of the mayor, some of the bank’s clients and prominent business owners.

Cara Steyn (gr 11) and Braden Steyn (gr 10) competed at a Sanesa competition recently. Cara did extremely well, earning herself four firsts for ‘Prix Caprilli’, ‘Handy Hunter’ and ‘In-hand Utility’. Braden earned a first for his ‘Handy Hunter’. They will both attend the next Sanesa qualifier in July.

Claire Haskins (gr 10) represented KZN at the GB South African Longboard Championships held in Lamberts Bay and placed third.

Gregory Botha (gr 7) has been selected to represent KZN for the Deep Sea Angling Junior Nationals.
