Fifteen local schools converged on PSSP last Saturday to take part in the annual Winter Sports Day. Sports fields were transformed into hives of activity, filled with fun and action.

The programme offered a wide range of sporting codes including soccer, netball, rugby, hockey and volleyball. A big thank you goes out to all coaches and team managers.
Gr 6 visited uShaka Marine World in Durban and pupils enjoyed learning about life under the sea and watching the dolphin display.
Gr 5 pupils had a wonderful time and were awed by the size of the crocodiles at Riverbend Crocodile Farm.
They were also amazed at the variety of snake species in South Africa. They toured a banana plantation and listened to a most informative talk about banana production.
Bellevue Park was great fun and included an exciting nature hunt with loads of challenging obstacle courses and mechanisms which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
