PSSP received a welcome book donation from South Coast Hospice. The book entitled ‘Lord Grott of Grott Hall’ was written by acclaimed children’s book author Steve Matthews, who recently visited the South Coast. The school sincerely thanks South Coast Hospice for its generosity.

Congratulations to gr 6 spelling-bee finalists Tapiwa Mazubane, Lwandile Shelembe and Sonal Dwarikapershad for representing at the circuit competition at St Martin De Porres last Tuesday. Special congratulations to top achiever Sonal Dwarikapershad. Sonal advances to the next level and will represent Ogwini Circuit at the Sayidi CMC competition later this term.
Parents are advised that the extramural programme is drawing to a close as the school prepares for mid-year exams.
Choir, computers, U11 and U13 girls’ netball and hockey teams and maths remedial classes will continue until further notice. Pupils not involved in these activities leave at 2pm daily.
Well done to the senior boys’ volleyball team which competed at the volleyball tournament held at the Marburg Sports Complex last weekend.
