Merlewood Primary excursion fascinates

Gr 6 pupils had a wonderful trip to Durban to visit the Natural Science Museum and Mini Town.

Merlewood Primary’s gr 6 pupils had a wonderful trip to Durban to visit the Natural Science Museum and Mini Town. They were fascinated by the miniature structures, especially the Nelson Mandela Bridge and the airport.

They were captivated by all the stuffed animals and in awe of the life-like figures of the dinosaurs and crocodiles.

Woolworths representatives recently made their annual visit to gr 4 classes and presented a lesson on healthy living. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and interactive session where they learnt about healthy food, the benefits of eating healthily and regular exercise.
