Creston surfer Kira is selected

Congratulations to Waheed Amanjee (gr 11) for placing second in the Engineer-Energy category of OKSEF in Turkey.

Creston College is proud of gr 6 pupils, Salma Bejia and Erin Heydricks who received certificates at the hockey capping ceremony last Wednesday evening.

Kira Attfield (gr 6) has been selected to surf in the U12 girls’ division for the 2018 Ugu Surfriders Junior Team and will represent the district at the Sea Harvest SA Junior Surfing Championships in Jeffreys Bay in October.

Congratulations to Waheed Amanjee (gr 11) for placing second in the Engineer-Energy category of OKSEF in Turkey. There were entrants from 25 countries and 452 projects were exhibited.

Deputy head Rob Wyatt-Minter completed his tenth Comrades Marathon and received a green number for ten consecutive runs from Bruce Fordyce.
