The NG Church of Port Shepstone held its popular annual Bible walk to raise funds for the Bible Society of South Africa.

This organisation works to distribute as many Bibles as possible to needy communities. Early morning walkers enjoyed the three kilometre walk from the church to Suid-Natal High School grounds and back to the church.

This great family event was open to everyone and the organisers hoped for a big entry, as they wished to help the society to distribute as many Bibles as possible, and that’s exactly what they got! Delicious curry and rice, pancakes, jaffles, puddings, tea and coffee were available after the walk.
