PSSP celebrates soccer tourney victory number three

The school also won this highly-contested tournament in 2014 and 2017.

Well done to the Port Shepstone Senior Primary U13 soccer team for winning the Strini Moodley Junior Soccer Tournament last Saturday.

This is a third victory for PSSP, as they also won this highly-contested tournament in 2014 and 2017.

A tense penalty shootout ensued against Hlanganani Primary, which resulted in the final battle against Naidoo Memorial, but PSSP won 2-0.

Player Ntando Nyawose was awarded ‘man of the match’ for his outstanding performance and brilliant goal.

Four pupils took part in the Regional Science Expo in Umzinto last Thursday. Congratulations to gold medal winner Ntandokababa Ngcungama (gr 6) who will advance to the next round of the competition in Johnnesburg in early October.

Well done to Ayabonga Mavundla and Olwama Msomi for scooping bronze medals for their efforts.

Parents and friends of the school are welcome to attend the much-anticipated interhouse athletics today (August 23).
