PSIS pupils present ‘a display of words’

Applications for 2019 admissions close on September 14.

The Association of Muslim Schools’ KZN Elocution contest was held at Hartley Road Primary School in Durban last weekend. Port Shepstone Islamic School foundation phase pupils Yahya Seedat (gr 1), Zharah Moola (gr 2) and Faathima Zahra Saied (gr 3) took to the stage with their contributions at this festival of drama and speech.

Gr 3 pupils opened their hearts and collected baby clothing and teddy bears for a special drive coordinated by Apa Sooraya Hanief. The collected items were distributed to the maternity and paediatric wards at Port Shepstone Regional Hospital.

Pupils have settled down to hard work for the remainder of the third term in preparation of upcoming assessments and examinations after a blessed Eid ul- Adha break.
