Anyone who may have witnessed an accident in which a Toyota Fortuner collided with a stationary taxi near Fifi’s Fish Shop in Marlin Drive, Hibberdene on New Year’s Day at about 6pm is asked to come forward.
The SUV also ploughed into pedestrians and people who were seated on the embankment.
Several pedestrians were injured and one died at the scene.
