A wonderful treat for seniors

Lighthouse Community Services is blessed with a dedicated team.

Seniors at Lighthouse Community Services were spoilt with fun, games and lunch at the very first meeting of 2019, held at the Port Shepstone Rehab Centre hall in Marburg last Saturday.

Chairman Sunil Singh told the Herald that he enjoyed the company of the many seniors.

“Seeing the smiles on their faces, the time that they got to spend with each other, and talking with them is really amazing, so the effort put into this is really worthwhile.”

He added that Lighthouse Community Services is blessed with a wonderful team of members who are willing to give of their time and talent to make memories for the seniors.

“After all, it is but a token of appreciation for what our seniors have given to us and the community over decades through their generous example and spirit.”
