Get fit and have fun at Uvongo parkrun

The event takes place in pleasant surroundings.

The Uvongo parkrun, starting and finishing from St Mike’s beach is a free, weekly, 5km timed run or walk, open to everyone.

The event takes place in pleasant parkland surroundings and encourages people of every ability to take part, from juniors to those with more experience.

Everyone is encouraged to join the regulars on Saturdays. Even if you have never done a parkrun why not give it a try and join in the fun. Go to www.parkrun.co.za to register, print out the unique barcode that will be emailed to you and bring it along with you to St Michael’s. You can use your barcode for any parkrun anywhere in the world.
