50 Bags of dagga seized at Sawoti
The contraband was cunningly concealed in a vehicle.
Police recovered 50 bags of dagga – some 180kg – which had been concealed in various places on a vehicle, including some tied to the chassis and engine.

A 20-year old man was arrested by Sawoti Saps in Mbulula after police received a tip-off about a vehicle thought to be ferrying a large quantity of the drug.
Upon intercepting and searching the vehicle, police discovered the hidden dagga and the man was arrested.
