Stallholder Johan Braack told the Herald that people tend to springclean at the beginning of the year when they cannot find space for new gadgets or clothes.

“This monthly market provides the perfect opportunity to make some extra money and free up space in the home. Most stallholders make a modest profit and get rid of vast quantities of unwanted items.”
