Long-time SPCA resident Wilbur gets a new home

The SPCA is not just about dogs and cats but about farm animals too. Recently their special long-time resident Wilbur the pig was re-homed.

“Wilbur was adopted this week by a wonderful family,” said Scott Kvalsvig, chairman of the SPCA’s committee.

But first he had to be neutered, and this was carried out by the veterinary expert, Dr Leon Bruggemann.

“We are extremely thankful to Dr Bruggemann for doing Wilbur’s operation,” said Mr Kvalsvig.
