DEAR Editor,-
The Munster Post Office has had no electricity for weeks.
Municipal accounts cannot be paid and packages requiring tracking cannot be sent.

The sweet young manageress cannot even make herself a cup of tea and despite her many requests for an answer, silence reigns.
Please can someone shed some light on this.
