Just In: Two motor vehicle accidents in one morning

Fortunately those involved in the accidents escaped serious injury.

Taxi accident on toll road near Southbroom.

Rescue personnel have been kept busy this morning, attending to two separate accidents on the South Coast.

Three cars were involved in an accident on the back road near Izotsha Primary, where there was only one minor injury.

At roughly the same time, a taxi rolled on the toll road near Southbroom.

There were two moderate injuries and 13 classified as minor, according to Glen Preston of Med Evac.

Causes of the two accidents have not been confirmed yet.

An official report is still awaited from Saps.
