Artistic excellence is rewarded with certificates and lunch
Hélène discovers emerging talent at her art studio.
Local art enthusiasts recently received certificates in recognition oftheir artistic excellence at the art lovers’ lunch and prize-giving organised by Hélène Bruce-Webster at her studio in Trafalgar last Saturday. Many of Ms Bruce-Webster’s students are ‘part-time’ South Coast residents from all over the world.

Addressing her students, she said that their all-round progress had been amazing this year. “All of you have grown creatively and have produced quality work,” she said.
Ms Bruce-Webster pointed out that the certificates handed out celebrated not only artistic excellence but also recognised the contributions of local artists. “I truly believe that I have again achieved what I set out to do at the start – to uncover emerging talent and provide a showcase for such talent.”
