PS Secondary selects Exco members

A total of 50 RCL members have been appointed for 2019.

Port Shepstone Secondary held RCL elections recently after selecting suitable candidates from each class. A cohort of fifty pupils will serve the 2019 term of office. RCL members are tasked with assisting pupils and teachers and upholding the school’s code of conduct.

All members were officially inducted at a general assembly. Last Friday, the RCL group attended a leadership course at Glenmore Eco-Centre to develop team-building and problem-solving skills. Congratulations to all.

The school is proud to announce the 2019 Exco members: Lusanda Miya (chairman), Gabrielle Redman (deputy chairman), Razeen Mahomed (treasurer), Shamir Dhanpath (secretary) and Mbali Lushaba (PRO). Lusanda, Shamir and Razeen will serve as pupil representatives on the school’s governing body.
