Hlanganani Preparatory’s gr 4 pupils paid a short visit to a local museum last Tuesday and were intrigued by the clothing, apparatus and technology used in days gone by.
Social sciences teachers Taurai Zamani and Neela Reddy accompanied the group, who were listened to interesting talks and enjoyed a guided tour.

Since the museum visit, pupils have been tasked with bringing ‘olden day’ items from home for a class display.
The test for the table-thon has been written and the prizes of a mountain bike, a tablet and three stationery hampers are on display and parents are requested to pay all donation pledges.
The school will hold an open day next Saturday, March 9.
Parents are reminded to drop till slips into the school box at Harbour View Spar in Port Shepstone.
New maintenance officer Gerhard Conradie is welcomed and wished a pleasant stay.
