Gr 4 pupils at Merlewood Primary had so much fun with their practical assessments for term three. They were assessed on their practical abilities by building a puppy shelter or doghouse.

Their creativity and use of resources was commendable and many different designs emerged. Some pupils definitely show potential for pursuing a career as architects or draughtsmen.
The school thanks Pastor Craig Hargreaves for the gift packs given to some less privileged pupils, who were made to feel very special. The kind gesture is sincerely appreciated.
